Firefox 45 successfully tested with NetWeaver

Firefox 45 (Rapid Release Cycle) was released on March, 8th as a base for the next ESR release.

It allows viewing web pages faster, using tabbed browsing, has the ability to block pop-up windows and to synchronize browsing across multiple devices. Some of other new features are:

• Instant browser tab sharing through Hello

• Synced Tabs button in button bar

• Tabs synced via Firefox Accounts from other devices are now shown in dropdown area of Awesome Bar when searching (for more details please check the release notes).


It is available for download from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/.

Mozilla Firefox 45 has been successfully tested with NetWeaver versions 740 SP13, 731 SP18, 730 SP15, 701 SP18, 702 SP18 on operating systems Win 7 64bit,  Win 8.1 64 bit (desktop), Win 10 (desktop), Mac 10.11 in the areas of NW – PLS, WD-ABAP, WD-JAVA, NWBC, ACF, BI, UI5, FPM , CRM Web UI, EP, Adobe.
