Import PI Content for HCI

The current eclipse-based tool, have a difficult tool for creating XSDs, and WSDLs, and it requires quite a lot of effort to create them. Instead, importing from an existing PI landscape would make life simple, as with just minor clicks, we can have even the complex structures, present in our HCI resource list.

Here is how we do it.

Open the eclipse-editor for HCI. Select Windows->Preferences. On the left pane, expand SAP HANA Cloud Integration, and select Repository connection.

For importing ESR content in your HCI Project, right click on your project and select “Import PI Content”.

Select the content you want to import and click Next. Search and select the object and click finish to import them into your project. Place them on the resources package of the project, to be available to use them on your iFlow.
