Woz, Coldplay, and your own trophy. How could your SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference experience get any better?

This year Coldplay and Woz are coming to SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference – one to play a concert and the other to deliver a keynote.

How could it get any better than that?  Well, how about this?  Your project could be selected as the 2016 SAP Education Best Practices Award winner. Your organization would receive a trophy, a free ticket to SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference, and a speaking engagement there. You’ll also join a prestigious group of past winners.  Check out our e-book to read about past winners and see some of the benefits of making it to the winner’s circle.

This award is a pretty big deal.  We developed the SAP Education Best Practice Award in partnership with the Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) to help SAP customers share their innovations and best practices in learning, organization change management, user adoption and sustainment. The award recognizes organizations that present the most successful projects incorporating multiple factors, including:

  • Strategy
  • Innovation
  • Measurement
  • Sustainment
  • Lessons learned

The deadline to enter is approaching fast, and... We’d love for you to enter! Please complete the entry form and attach a brief PowerPoint presentation about your project. Then, send both to Lara Keelan by Friday, March 4, 2016.

By being selected as the SAP Education Best Practice Award winner, your organization will receive key recognition throughout the SAP community as well as invaluable opportunities to showcase its project during the SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference.


The winner will receive:

  • One complimentary pass to attend the SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference
  • A presentation session at the SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference
  • Recognition and the opportunity to discuss the award-winning project with other customers during an intimate event at the SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference
  • A personalized trophy


Additionally, SAP and ASUG will work together to showcase the winning project throughout the SAP community. These opportunities may include dedicated Webinars, customer reference opportunities, inclusion in SAP online publications, and more.
