    From above timelines I understand planned upgrade date for May 2016 release on test tenant is 23rd of April. Am I right to assume for customers that haven’t gone live, their test tenants will be upgraded on 23rd April.

      Hi Sanjiv,

      As far as I recall, landscapes with no production systems granted are not treated as test systems in that regard and upgraded in the timezone of production systems. If you haven’t gone live till May, your test tenant will be upgraded on 7th of May, I suppose.

    How do we gain access to the Customer environment in Wiki.Hybris so we can view its C4C content?

    Also, what will now happen with the SAP JAM C4C group and the way SAP previously shared C4C release slide desks in PDF format?

    Regarding the New “Custom receipt determination” functionality for workflow rules.

    Can you please confirm:    

         If this will work for all objects (i.e. leads, Opportunities, etc)

         Which enhancement object to use and any additional information you may have.
