This one is a short blog on integrating Test management with Service Desk.

Prerequisite :-

a. ST – 710  patch11 or else apply note 1761271

b. Incident Manager is configured with Transaction profile ZMIN.

Procedure

a. Have Business transaction profile as below. (transaction stwb_set-> workflow-> change)

b. Add Process_Type_ADD parameter in below location

SPRO -> SAP Solution Manager -> Capabilities -> Application Incident Management -> Transactions -> Specify Several Transaction Types -> Specify transaction types.
