Success Factor_Latest XML data model

Dear Expert,

Could you please share latest below mentioned XML data model. as i am unable to find it on partner portal.

• EC-Corporate data Model
• EC-CSF -for-coporate -DM
• EC-CSF-for – success-DM
• EC – data model
• Event reason rule
• HRIS Preparation
• Workflow rules.

One more thing “Organization Pay and job Structure” and “Add New Employee” link is not visible on Admin center.could you please advice how to visible it.
