If you face unwanted behavior when using Web Intelligence via the BI Launch Pad, try the workflow with a different version or type of browser (e.g. IE 8,9,10.., Chrome, Mozilla)


What should you check?

  Check the PAM (Product Availability Matrix) to see if the browser you’re using is supported
