One of the largest Supplier Relationship Management customer in Israel is intensively using SAP SRM for their Business. SAP Contact for the customer in Israel organized an onsite “Empowering Workshop” where one SAP representative from IMS (onsite) and two from COE (one onsite and one remote) provided an onsite service delivered as an “Empowering Workshop”. The focus was on the following aspects:

Addressing earlier detected SRM-ERP consistency problems and performing extensive testing to verify earlier provided solutions and troubleshoot remaining and new issues identified during the workshop.

Performing overall project assessment: end-to-end business process and system landscape overview.

Additionally, performance measurements were taken for certain critical business process step in order to identify optimization potential.

The workshop ended with a wrap-up presentation where results of the assessment and detailed recommendations were provided, concluded with a “Lessons Learned and Next Steps” summary of the workshop findings. The workshop was attended by top management, consultants and end users at customer side.

The outcome of the workshop was a very happy customer with their smoothly running business.

It was a blessing to end the year 2015 with such an Empowering Workshop that resulted in a great learning experience as well great customer feedback.

Apart from an enriching work experience with a great team, the wonderful Beach Sunset and a variety of delicious cuisines (Israeli ‘Hummus’ and ‘Falafal’, Spanish ‘Tapas’, Asian ‘Noodles’ and Indian ‘Masala Tea’) added to the pleasant memories.
