A Speedy Look into HANA2016 (Feb 16-19)
SAP Insider HANA 2016 is right around the corner. This will be my first time to this exciting event and I am looking forward to it. This conference is co-located with BI 2016, IoT2016 and Admin and Infrastructure 2016 events which means that you have access to a vast range of content and experts, all in one conference pass. If you organization is running SAP HANA or you are considering it, I am sure you will find a lot of value in attending this event.
HANA2016 combines a variety of session formats for education, like panel discussions, presentation sessions and pre-conference workshops for gaining a full spectrum of information on SAP HANA – Migrations, BW on HANA, HANA Cloud, UX, Data Management and Analytics, to name a few.
SAP Mentor and ASUG BI lead Tammy Powlas has a great line up of customer sessions already marked on her agenda. See here –
I also want to share some information on the session that I will be presenting:

Friday, February 19, 2016
8:30 AM – 9:45 AM
Join me to get practical tips on how to optimize the performance of your existing BEx queries and guidance to design SAP HANA optimized queries. I will also share how to evaluate query performance and tune BEx queries to run better on SAP HANA. Get insights on the new query design tool available in SAP BW 7.4, and get best practices for designing SAP HANA optimized queries. I will also cover the SAP HANA analytic process and describe how to leverage the analytic manager to enable advanced analytic capabilities.
Along with great educational content, networking is also a crucial aspect of these events. Making new connections brings a lot of value when you can share experiences and your point of view. Join me in the “Ask the Experts” session where speakers will be available to talk 1×1 about your specific issues or questions. I also look forward to mingling with the attendees during the evening reception and speed networking sessions.
All in all, hoping for a very productive event. See you there!
