I have included details of recent notes from customs area including an important legal change for NL EMCS 3.20. Thanks for reviewing at your convenience.
Customs Management
A number of adjustments are required in order to enable import processing in the United States with the customs system Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). SAP Note 2267935 enhances the programs provided with SAP Note 2227043 . There, the processing of incoming status notification messages and outgoing post-summary corrections is corrected.
Note that additional SAP Notes are relevant if you want to use the function in its entirety.
SAP Notes 2264908 , 2263037 , 2263035 describe the required enhancements for: customs value calculation, document extensions and ABAP Dictionary enhancements, in order to take additional codes into account for antidumping customs duty rate determination.
Note 2268027 has been created to fix the issue where IP closing portions are missing for active item aggregation in outbound Idoc.
During the creation of the tax statement in the IDoc inbound processing, the system issues the runtime error SYNTAX_ERROR, this was due to a program error with the passing parameter. NoteS 2271707 and 2271328 resolves this dump.
Note 2269864 corrects the issue where The system does not copy additional codes from the customs warehouse access to the customs declaration for free circulation.
If the assessed value is active for a security , the import security is not transferred to the customs declaration after manual input. Implement note 2270460 to fix this issue
When requesting eVV from Swiss Customs, error message 'Certificate does not exist in the PSE' is received or similarly GTS signature check fails in STRUST. Following the steps outlined in the KBA 2262859 to resolve these errors
Legal Change Notice: NL EMCS 3.20
The Dutch authorities have announced that Release 3.20 for EMCS is to be activated. The scheduled date is 11TH of February 2016. The following notes have now been released for SAP GTS in relation to this legal change:
