Issues with locking of objects

Since the patch in December we experience problems with persons being locked and not unlocked in HCM P&F. The persons were not locked before if there was no update. Also if the completed window is not closed, the lock is not removed from the person!

We’ll probably create a new OSS message to ask for the revert to the previous functionality, I’ll keep you posted.
