      Hi Tracy

Are there any known issues? In our testenviroment we have updatet to servers.. on both afaria will crash, if we want to delete a android device... after some tests we can say: if you will delete the inventory data from a android device, then Afaria Crash with a API0000: Fatal Exeption.../wp-content/uploads/2016/02/03_02__2016_17_10_54_880550.png

Do you have any information about it?

      Regards

      Gianni

      Gianni,

I haven't heard of any reported issues within SP10 with this error and known issues are posted in the release notes. API errors of this type tend to be from corrupted data or a duplicate client record, but I haven't seen any of those reported in recent service packs.  This error looks like it is passed back from the database however.  By any chance is the collation on the database different than the overall collation on the SQL server?  That would be the only reason I can think of for this kind of error to possibly occur.  If it is tied to inventory data then I would think we have a conflict with the data being in one format in the database and most likely the overall dB server being a different collation based on the error message.

I would probably advise opening an incident here in support so we can get to the bottom of this for you.
