Have you ever come to the problem that, sub-organization does not inherit higher lever organization service attribute, like “Service Organization” or “Service Team”. While, now you can achieve this by the following customizing:
1. execute transaction SM30
2. enter table/view T77OMATTUS, click on “Maintain”
3. select “Service” scenario
4. go to SE_ORG attribute, hit Details button
5. set on the checkbox “Simulated”
This is Standard org model environment.
Tips: you can check SE16, table T77S0, if there is an entry GRPID= CRM, SEMID= MODEL, GSVAL= STANDARD, it means, this is standard org model.
