For whom is this for? For everyone who wants to understand how data is migrated from SAP or non-SAP systems into a New Implementation of SAP S/4HANA for a clean start in a greenfield approach. This is the way to mitigate risk in an S/4HANA implementation.

SAP S/4HANA is the new exciting thing!

In this session we will give you an insight into migration to SAP S/4HANA in a greenfield approach with a new implementation. We will sketch the concepts for the initial data load into the different deployment options for SAP S/4HANA. When you are moving to SAP S/4HANA, whether your system is SAP or you’re considering implementing new SAP software, choosing the right migration path is important to mitigate the risk and reduce implementation costs. We’ll show the various migration options to move from any system to SAP S/4HANA, both on-premise and in the cloud focusing on data validation, data integrity and data quality.

This session is for customers, partners and SAP employees who want to learn more about S/4HANA transformation. It’s for consultants. It’s for IT. It’s for SI. It’s your way to learn about S/4HANA migration in a greenfield approach.

Thank you Frank. This was a great Webinar.

Could you please clarify something for me. I am going to be using BODS for an on Premise implementation soon. I am having trouble figuring out where to get the RDS and i-platform files that will be valid for S4/HANA 1511, which is what we will be implementing.

Basically everything that you show off about data services and the accompanying analysis and transformation tools.

I am comfortable with Data Services itself, like you I am more technically focused. I am just finding it difficult to know which SAP download link is going to hold the correct files for HANA 1511.

Thanks for the Webinar and your time.

      Regards

      Rob

      Hi Robert,

The rapid data migration to SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition which you are looking for to transition to SAP S/4HANA 1511 is planned to be available this Monday. Check out the service marketplace under Technology or SAP S/4HANA or you can go to the data migration SCN page and we will have the link there.

      Hope this helps.

      Regards,

      mike
