Steps Involved in Initial Set up of Vehicle Master

If you want your SAP system to be up & running with SAP VMS Vehicle Management system, then following are the list of steps you need to do in sequence:

1. Activate the switch DIMP_SDUD

2. Material Master as Model

3. Define Configuration profile

Transaction code  CU41:

4. Define VMS Role for Organisation- Transaction code VELORO

5. Define VMS role to vehicle Model master Transaction VELORM

6. Assign user to the role- Transaction VELORU

7. Assign action matrix to your vehicle model in Transaction VELOS
