Settings in ECC:


Delivery type & Item determination

Maintain the negative stock allowed settings for storage type


Spro-Img- SCM Extended Warehouse Management- Extended Warehouse Management- Master Data- Define Storage Type

Process:


Sap easy access- SCM Extended Warehouse Management- Extended Warehouse Management- Delivery Processing- Outbound Delivery –Maintain Outbound Delivery Order


T code : /SCWM/PRDO


Select the document type & item types

Enter product & qty

Enter WPT & stock type

Then save the document

Now ODO is created with ” Generated Manually ” status.

Then process the fallow on functions ( WTs ) , confirm WO and do the Goods Issue as like normal ODO ( which is distributed from ECC )


once after the Goods Issue one OD is created and acknowledgement sent to ECC.


Now Check the OBD in ECC.

Now select the OBD and check the Document flow

      Hi Reddy,

      This is exactly the function we are looking for Stock transfer between plant process. However, we would like to do thro RFUI. Means.

      1. We want to scan all the HU number which needs to move from one plant to another.
      2. The system automatically creates OBD order and replicate to ECC.

      This will save lot of time for the business.

      Thank you for the sharing.

      I have finished the Delivery type & Item determination following your blog instruction.

      However, the document type I defined didn't shown in pull down list when creating the new OBD in /SCWM/PRDO.

      Could you advise whether I missed out anything?

      You are lacking the corresponding BC set which can be set up through the transaction "SCPR20". the BC set name is: /SCWM/DLV_OUTBOUND_DIRODO_3.
