Evidence of Insurability

Hello,

I have enrolled my employee in benefits. When I enroll in the insurance plan, EOI pop-up does not appear. Therefor when I go to HRBEN0006 to view evidence of Insurability, this employee will not appear on the list. How do I make it so this employee is populated on the list for HRBEN0006?

      Hi Madeline,

Could you please post this as a Question under specific category.

Please see table V_74FR_B to configure the EOI condition for your specific Insurance plan.

Also when employee is enrolled for Insurance plan, based on the conditions setup in the above mentioned table, it locks the record, if it is more than the Guaranteed issued amount.

      Hope this helps

      Thanks

      Madhav.

How do I access that table? Once I configure for the specific insurance plan will it pop-up during enrollment?

      Hi Madeline,

You need main the entry for this specific plan via transaction SM30--> key in the table name and maintain the entry and choose the conditions for the specific plan.

Based on your set up i.e if employee enrols via Portal there will be a popup which shows that it requires EOI ( as per the setup in the table and the portal config, if any). If USer process it via SAP (HRBEN0001), then the pop will appear and creates a record based on the set up in the table.

      Thanks

      Madhav.
