Business ProcessFlow in EPM 10.1

Noticed the 7.5 MS Business Process Flows are not available in the Action pane in EPM 10.1 MS.

How to enable the menu for BPF and have BPF in Excel addin and on web client.

On the web client for EPM 10.1 can only see the Business Process menu but does not have anything subfolder for to create… etc.

Also logging into Admin client and recreating and applying security changes to EPM 10.1 version did not help.
