When designing a story, best practice is to create a title page.  Upon publish to BI Platform, all visualizations do not need to be loaded in the beginning which is a bad user experience.  If you create a number of visualizations on the first page, end users may experience delay and only see the loading icons (shown below).

Below is a title page where it contains links to the visualizations

Below is the first page of the story which contains no title page and in the progress of loading up all the visualizations.
