Compliance area notes update

Hi Guys,

Latest Notes in the GTS Compliance area:

Note 2254824 provides a correction to ensure that business partner mapping is done with right logical system in case a different one is transmitted on API for customs documents and customs declarations.

Note 2059129 will prevent error ‘License determination already executed for this country and license type’ and ensure that all partner functions assigned to a partner group will be checked properly for required line items in case not all line items are relevant for license determination.

Note 2254515 will ensure that manually assigned classification number on product doesn’t get lost during recheck for legal control. So this will prevent related documents from being blocked because of missing classification.
