A Few Housekeeping Jobs (Part-1)

1. Live cache consistency check

Here we create a process variant to do livecache consistency check; this variant can then be used in the background job.

To Access the activity, use one of the following navigation options:


1) SAP Menu: Advanced Planning and Optimization ® APO Administration  ® Consistency Checks ® LiveCache Consistency Check

2) TCode: /SAPAPO/OM17

3) On the Consistency Check LC – APO DB (Preparation) – Client 100 screen, choose Consistency Check liveCache – APO DB.

4) On the dialog box Caution window, choose Continue.

5) On the Consistency Match liveCache – APO Database screen, make the following selections and entries as highlighted in the screenshot (select as many entries as per requirement):

6) Choose Save.


7) In the Variant Attributes window, enter the following values as per screenshot:

8) Choose Save.

9) Choose Go back. The variant for consistency check has been created, and can be used for background job run.
