We had a successful event on 12th December 2015 wherein more than 300 SAP professionals from different organizations joined at the Deloitte campus for the SIT event. The event kicked off with Uday Sreeram, Director, Deloitte Consulting addressing the gathering. Mr. Uma Maheswaran, VP Engineering services from SAP Labs was the keynote speaker for the day. He provided insights into the latest and future changes of SAP and how the eco-system needs to adapt to the same. It was suggested that the existing professionals need to unlearn and learn in order to be part of the new system. 36 different topics were presented as part of 6 threads (Finance, Logistics, Analytics, Infrastructure, User Experience & Mobility and Development) with speakers from Deloitte, SAP Labs and other organizations as well. The topics included niche areas such as Cloud Integration, Internet of Things, Success factors, MRP apps, Ariba Integration,…so on. After 3 sessions in the morning the group broke for lunch and resumed the sessions for 3 more topics in each thread. The sessions were very interactive and a lot of knowledge was shared from both the sides. The participants also chose the best speaker from each thread who will be presented with books from SAP press. Below are the best speaker by thread.

The closing ceremony was graced by Mr.Subrahmanyam Kambhampati, Director, Deloitte Consulting who presented the certificates to the winners. During an interview he talked about how excited he was with the new changes in the SAP arena and how we are going to change ourselves to be part of it.
