As you’ve seen in the previous article the SAP ONE Support available now. It offers an integrated single access point to support resources from within the SAP Support Portal (support.sap.com).
The SAP One Support Launchpad and newly refreshed support applications can be personalized based on customizable user profiles. These profiles will allow you to quickly access the key information most relevant for your authorizations.
One way the Launchpad provides you with a personalized experience is by showing you items like legal note changes that are relevant for your country and information for products based on component searches and your previous usage. In addition to guiding you through everyday service and support tasks, your user profile also provides important process recommendations such as prompts for updating a system to a new product version.
The Launchpad’s interface is built on a visual dashboard of tiles grouped by topic for easy reference. All of these tiles can be personalised to display the appropriate applications based on the user profile. The user profile and view is transparent and can be personalized at any time through clicking on the user profile and filtering the list of roles to those you wish to add or remove.

You can also manually use the Tile Catalog where you can see the complete list of roles/tiles and by clicking you can easily add or remove tiles as necessary on the Launchpad.
