Rodger is a Principal with PwC's Strategy and Operations practice, focused on strategy and operations, as well as enterprise profitability. With 24 years of experience in business model and operational model innovation, he has helped organizations with enterprise profitability, operations, quality systems design, and implementation. Rodger led the development of PwC's Economic Profit Growth Analyzer and co-led the firm’s Quality Management Systems industry study across multiple clients. He assists clients with asset planning, deployment and management processes, as well as with supply chain and service chain strategy.
Rich Sernyak, Principal, PwC
Rich Sernyak is a Principal with PwC, and he is responsible for PwC's SAP Finance Transformation practice, which encompasses all SAP-enabled capabilities related to the office of the CFO. His focus is to leverage enterprise resource planning (ERP) technology to achieve his clients' business objectives. Rich has helped clients implement many SAP-enabled transformations globally in a variety of industries. His areas of specialty include ERP business case justification, program leadership, global delivery, finance effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and SAP application processes and technology.
