Customer Connection is a SAP participation program that uses customer feedback to deliver enhanced SAP system improvements. So, how do you know the results of the Customer Connection efforts by SAP? Where can you search to find this information?

Have no fear, Improvement Finder is here!  http://www.sapimprovementfinder.com/public/   The improvement finder allows users to filter by Business Area, Industry, Application and Country in order to search for system improvements; one or more filters can be selected to search for Notes.

For example, for those of you in Accounts Payable, did you know that you can reverse all payment documents associated with a payment run in F110?  OSS note 2127698 gives you the instructions on what to implement in order to utilize this new functionality.
