Leon Li, a “My Dream Champion,” starts his dream journey as his “SAP Fitness Academy” opens its first class at the gym in Labs China Shanghai campus on September 1. Fifteen colleagues attended the fitness class.
The course is so popular that all 15 seats were booked in just half a day after registration was opened. Two colleagues even sec-killed the seats at midnight of the registration day.
As energetic music started, everyone followed Coach Leon’s move. “One Two, One Two… Up Down, Up Down, Once again… Triple… Power up, Go!!! Not finished yet… Come on!” Leon encouraged colleagues with his magnetic voice.
The lesson consisted of 8 parts, include upright row, bent-over row, shoulder press, barbell squat, etc. For most of the colleagues, it was their first time having fitness course, and all of them took it very seriously and finished every move strictly according to Leon’s instructions. Everyone felt great sweating and doing exercise for one hour in the class.
Voice from Leon Li
“I am so happy to see colleagues attending my first class. They did it very well and it went very smoothly. As the course is quite popular, I hope more coaches join me and then we can open more classes.”
Feedback from colleagues
The training is simply awesome! The trainer is very professional and encouraging. The course is amazing with good facilities. You will never know what it feels like if you do not step out of your comfort zone. Why not come and enjoy the upright row, bent-over row, shoulder press, barbell squat and more! It pains a little, but you will gain sweat, mermaid lines, friendship…

Leon is so professional. His demonstrate and explanation and overall training rhythm are just perfect. I love this course. It not only strengthens physical health, avoid office diseases, but also helps us to release and relieve our pressure in this stressful world. I hope more colleagues will participate in SAP Fitness Academy.

I would like to say thank you to SAP Fitness Academy. It’s my first time doing body pump. In the process, I almost gave up, however everyone is working so hard, and I was influenced by this atmosphere and kept pushing myself. The greatest charm of sports is perseverance, isn’t it? Of course, Leon’s encouragement helped me a lot. Thank you Leon. And let’s continue doing it~~
