SAP LVM addition to the customization options Document

Hello,

i have updated the SAP LVM customization options document with information about how to control LVM from the outside.

The options include the ability to execute LVM control and configuration functions as well as using templates to automate

provisioning processes like system copy/clone/refresh/rename.
