Open an ADS support incident

  • Open https://support.sap.com
  • Click to the “Keys, Systems & Installations” option on the top
  • Select the System Data on the left side
  • Click on the “create System without license key”
  • Proceed with the “Click here” button in the middle of the screen
  • Now you will get a login screen for the SAP Service Marketplace
  • Fulfill your login with your S-Users ID and PW
  • You will get a screen with your installations
  • Select one of the entries
  • Now you can create a new system in the next step
  • In the product selection you will find ADS as product (important)
  • The System name can be given individually
  • Check if you find ADS in the Database selection, if not take i.e. ASE
  • After you fill all required fields, click to the send button
  • Give the issue description and reproduction steps of your issue in to the communication part
  • Attach your files for the reproduction to the incident
  • Check, if the correct component BC-SYB-ADS is selected
  • Send the support incident to SAP
