    Hello,

    It is just only automotive BO added in C4C for automotive industry solution. For automotive industry, DBM and VMS are the main SAP solution used by customers. There is no any out of the box iflow provided for integrating C4C with any of these automotive solution. Also the BO provided does not have full attributes for VMS vehicles.

    Is there any plan from SAP for C4C to provide standard integration flows for VMS in future? If so then what is the timeline for customer to wait and then decide overall organization landscape? Otherwise C4C is of no use for automotive industry without these basic information.

        Hello Bejoy,

        I fully agree on customer integration of C4C to DBM as you initially mentioned in blog. Through custom solution, we can do everything and the way we want.

        But what about SAP’s standard out-of the box integration with DBM and VMS as basic automotive industry need? Is there any SAP plan to provide such standard solution in future or customer have to build such custom integration their own?

        We are automotive manufacturer having on-prem CRM integrated with VMS & working perfectly and now we want to go for C4C and having these issue of integrating VMS.

    Automotive Industry is very mush like towing industry. If your vehicle is out of order then first you need to call reasonable towing company just like 24 hour emergency towing which will solve your problem and drop your vehicle to your desire destination.
