Hope this document may help someone who is learning the background jobs from the functional prospective..

Objective : Background job results sending through the mail by using the spool recipient functionality

This demonstration is used to send the WIP Process orders to the users for tacking the necessary actions i.e. TECO at the time of month end

Steps :

Step1: Creation of Variant through COOISPI

Step 2 : Creation of distribution list through SO23

Step 3: Scheduling the background job through SM36

Step 4: Observe the back ground job results through SM37

Step5 : Observe the automatic mail which system has generated through HTML for multiple users
