Latest Customs functionality notes

Hi Guys,

Quite a few notes in customs area recently created:

Supplementary Unit Display

Note 2230766 corrects an issue with incorrect display of supplementary unit in document.

Display is being refreshed: data is no longer current

Error /SAPSLL/CUS_CUWL 012 “Display is being refreshed; data is no longer current” can happen when you create a customs declaration prior to goods receipt, and a declaration is not created (worklist entry reappears after restart). Please apply note 2236174 to avoid this.

Netherlands –  GPA Files

If you are using /SAPSLL/GPA_MAIN to create GPA  files (Netherlands) please ensure the notes 2233683 (corrects multiple symptoms), 2237516 (simulation problem) and 2227551 are on system.

Package type errors in declaration

Errors /SAPSLL/CORE_LEG072 “Enter a package type”, and /SAPSLL/CORE_LEG073 “Enter a number of packages” can occur incorrectly with blank lines in packages area. Note 2238030 is available for this.

Tariff number proposal not happening

If you use a country-dependent numbering scheme, the system may not propose a tariff number at document creation. Please apply note 2241221 to correct this.

Slow value calculation?

Customs value calculation response times for split items can be optimized with note 2200564

Terminations with API /SAPSLL/API_6800_DUC_SIM

Runtime terminations when processing  API /SAPSLL/API_6800_DUC_SIM are corrected by 2237510

Merchandise processing fee calculation error

For problems with Merchandise Processing Fee calculation, note 2237480 correct an issue related to transportation connection point not getting interpreted correctly.

Swiss enhancement

A functional enhancement relating to Swiss incoming message I3070 not getting posted – see note 2235893 and related note 2016973

Serial number error

AES 2.3 Incompletion error  “Serial number has the wrong value” even though value is not editable – resolve by applying note 2236562

AES 2.2 error with weights less than 50 grams

AES 2.2, with small weights of less than 50 grams can lead to a AES 2.2 error being received because the sum of gross weights of all the positions is less than the sum of the net weights of all items. Please see note 2214261 to address this.

Fullscreen display problem

Fullscreen display issue with selection screen of “customs declaration prior to goods receipt” (/SAPSLL/CIBD_CSD_CREATE) is corrected by note 2239572.

GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED with access codes

Error GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED error when sending access codes corrected by 2237999.

Translation error for message /SAPSLL/CORE_PR_MIG 020

Incorrect EN translation of error /SAPSLL/CORE_PR_MIG 020 resolved by note 2238644

Checkman errors

Checkman errors in programs /SAPSLL/PRCL_CUS_DEL and /SAPSLL/SWNAV_RTR are resolved by 2240627.

Logical system not passed with purchasing document

Note 2240648 is available for the PI, to fix an error with logical system not getting passed with purchasing document to GTS, leading to issues document reference issues and creation of a customs declaration before goods receipt is not being possible.
