Mr. Bernd Leukert, SAP Executive Board Member, presented a demonstration on IoT/Industrie 4.0 to the national leaders and their delegation. The demo represents the co-innovation between China and Germany on IoT/Industrie 4.0 topics and sets a good example for strategic cooperation between China and Germany on IoT/Industrie 4.0.  It was very successful and the delegations of both governments are very impressed.

CeBIT

In  2014, SAP Labs China established the co-innovation relationship with Shenyang Institute of Automation of Chinese Academy of Science on IoT/Industrie 4.0 topics in China. The Demo is focusing on holistic solution, from Predictive Maintenance and Services (PdMS) of Robot, to searching replacement components and technician through Business Network Ariba and Fieldglass, to connection to backend system.

Besides the support from the global stakeholders, the Demo would not have been such a success without contributions from SLN/FGM, SAP Labs China Strategy and Management Team, P&I Manufacturing team and Customer Innovation & Strategic Projects team, who proposed, designed and developed the demo scenario.

SAP Labs China will keep on the close cooperation with Shenyang Institute of Automation of Chinese Academy of Science, to accomplish the IoT/Industrie 4.0 co-innovation project in 2015. We hope that through co-innovation projects with customers and partners, SAP Labs China could innovate and develop end-to-end IoT/Industrie 4.0 solutions in China, for China and the world.
