I am sure each and everyone has experienced this scenario so called " Corporate Politics" no matter what country or culture you are from. So I like to share my personal experience and thoughts with the valued readers what to do in those circumstances. I had a very interesting experience in the corporate world when I was fairly new to the SAP world. One thing I like to share is no matter what your circumstances are or is always take challenge as an opportunity and by the way I picked this up from some book I had read many years ago. I strictly follow and abide by that rule. If one door closes the other door will always open, bottom line is always think and stay "POSITIVE". If you happen to be someone with great knowledge please do pass on the knowledge and help the fellow new fresher's or colleague as you will get great reward back some way that you had never imagined. We are in this world for tiny period of time so why not make the most of it by giving and sharing the good deeds. We all work with one infinite power and the secret is Law of Attraction. No matter what your seniority level is someday you might end up working for that person or with that person in a different project. So always treat the person well and give them the proper recognition they deserve.

"We don't need to complicate all the REASONS behind our emotions. It's much simpler than that. Two categories.. good feelings, bad feelings." - The Secret

Best Regards,
