CPG Manufacturers and Retailers collaborate in Category Management in order to optimize shelf performance since 25 years now. Using sophisticated Tools of Predictive Analysis they are nowadays able to optimize an individual store taking into account micro geographical data about e.g. the income of people living near the store.
Planograms developed in the headquarters are suggested to the buyers in the stores. The problem is that in the headquarters there is no reliable information about the degree of compliance of the shelf in the individual store with the planogram. So they cannot match sales data of the store against the success of the Planograms developed in the headquarters.
The issue comes from the fact that tools available in the market only inefficiently support the process of data collection about the distribution of the products, their position in the shelves, their prices and out of stock situations. So data collected by merchandizers involved are not reliable. Using Smart Glasses the data collection process becomes more convenient and accelerated, so that the data transmitted to the headquarters are much more reliable.
Join this webinar with SAP and Reply to learn how Smart Glasses enable merchandizers to collect shelf data in the store conveniently; understand how Smart Glasses speed up the Data Collection Process in front of the shelf and see how you empower your merchandizers with performing Category Management @ POS and how you continuously improve your Category Management Capabilities with reliable Data about the individual store.
Our experts will show a closed loop process in the store. It starts with the initialization of the Smart Glasses, goes on to the data collection process and ends with the visualization of deviations between planogram and realogram.
