Insight Enterprises (http://www.insight.com) is a global provider of technology solutions: hardware, software and services. They are running SAP Cloud for Sales and have been able to dramatically improve their alignment between marketing and sales.
In a new video, Bruce Petillo, the Director of Marketing at Insight, explains some backgrounds, like:
‘Customer demands are changing in the marketplace. Over 70% of the buying cycle now is completed before they ever engage with a sales rep. Our ability to better communicate with those clients and prospects is extremely important.’
Using SAP Cloud for Sales, Insight was able to increase the sales pipeline by 119% and the number of opportunities generated by Sales by 18% within just two quarters.
Bruce Petillo continues:
‘We have direct visibility into the leads that have been generated, the activities that are executed against those leads and the actual conversion rates. And we have seen significant increases in the leads converted. Those conversion rates have continued to expand.’
