Help the Help: Influence SAP HANA Cloud Platform Documentation
We at SAP HANA Cloud Platform are always open for feedback from our customers. Now you have the opportunity to influence the way we provide help.
We want to better understand your needs and expectations, the way you use our help and what challenges you face. We also want to validate our new ideas with you. That is why we have a number of channels for listening to what you have to say about our documentation.
Choose the approach most convenient for you and reach out.
Usability Testing at TechEd Barcelona 2015
Our team will have a station in the Usability Test Center during the three days of the event (10-12 November).
Spare one hour of your time to get your hands on the latest features we are planning.
There is some cool stuff in the works, such as the so called “Cookbooks” that describe how business analysts and developers plan and implement specific scenarios.
If you are attending TechEd, register as a tester now: Topic 12: SAP HANA Cloud Platform – Documentation.
Here are the other SAP HANA Cloud Platform related topics that will be present in the Usability Test Center:
SAP Cloud Identity Service – Administration Console
SAP HANA Cloud Platform Cockpit
SAP Web IDE – Annotation Modeler
SAPUI5 Flexibility – Runtime Adaptation of SAP Fiori Apps
Customer Influence Session
Have your say at our product influence session at TechEd Barcelona. We will be happy to speak to you on Wednesday, 11 November, 14:00 – 15:00h in our session “Help the help: How can we improve the SAP HANA Cloud Platform documentation”.
No PowerPoint slides, just an informal discussion where you can give your opinion and suggestions.
See you there!
Join our Customer Engagement Initiative
If you prefer to do all this in your own time, register for our new Customer Engagement Initiative: Better user assistance for SAP HANA Cloud Platform.
In a few short virtual sessions, we will test how customers with different background use the information we provide.
Register now, only 10 days remaining: SAP Customer Influence.
Submit Feedback Form
If none of the above is convenient or you are too shy, tell us what you think anonymously with just a click at the bottom of each documentation page.
You can read more about this feature in another blog.
We’ve had a huge amount of valuable feedback already. To show you we are listening to it, we are now listing the improvements we made due to your comments: Our Response to Your Feedback.
