    One request for the video in Customer Service ” for Guided Activity functionality in RUI” the link does not work. Request if you can post the video and configuration information.

    I do not have access to C4C integration with MRS content. I am member of the SAP JAM Customer Engagement group. Could you provide me access? I am currently searching for documentation for C4C integration with MRS.
