Design Studio Client issue troubleshooting
Q1: Generate the DS_SUPPORT.zip with the analysis application-2229882 – How to generate the analysis application into DS_SUPPORT.zip file
Q2: Import the analysis application into local installed Design Studio client – refer following steps
Step 1: Ask customer to provide the DS_SUPPORT.zip file as mentioned in My KBA:

Step 2: Unzip the DS_SUPPORT.zip file into local folder, you will see following folders
Step 3: Open the Design Studio client
Step 4: Click Application -> Import ->Browse and select the local saved application like following way then follow the wizard to complete the importing.
Note: for the “map backend connections” step, I maintained one entry in SAP GUI for Design Studio issue usage.
