On the date of 24th Sep 2015 UA collaboration with China GC and CSR team co-organized a Design thinking workshop. in the half day of
intensive and effective discussion on how to leverage GR to enable business development, to mitigate regulatory challenges and to establish and enhance reputation building among government stakeholders. Doctor Lu is he DT trainer and Carol Shao from UA team is play in the role of facilitator. During the workshop developed many key next steps and comes out a lot of innovation ideas.The most important one being establishing a SAP Greater China GR Working Group. the DT is very success and some follow up actions has been planned to execute in the near future.
