This is proving a little problematic for me unfortunately.

I’ve installed SP03 with no issue, then 2217678 (inc. manual report execution).

Couldn’t import 2193429 as it then showed as obsolete.

    2210913 imported OK

2221492 errors on activation though. Looks like a few objects are missing:

    Class CL_HCM_ATTABS_REQUEST_API,Method CHECK_REQUEST

The data object “ES_CHECKED_REQUEST” does not have a component called “DEDUCTION_INFO”.

    Class CL_HCM_ATTABS_REQUEST_API,Method CHECK_REQUEST

The data object “ES_CHECKED_REQUEST” does not have a component called “TOTAL_DEDUCTION”.

    Class CL_HCM_ATTABS_REQUEST_API,Method CHECK_REQUEST

The data object “ES_CHECKED_REQUEST” has no component called

“TIME_UNIT_DEDUC”, but there are the following components with similar

    names: “TIME_UNIT_TEXT” and “TIME_UNIT”.

    Class CL_HCM_ATTABS_REQUEST_API,Method CHECK_REQUEST

The data object “ES_CHECKED_REQUEST” has no component called

“TIME_UNIT_TEXT_DEDUC”, but there is a component called

    “TIME_UNIT_TEXT”.

    Class CL_HCM_LEAVE_REQ_CREAT_DPC_EXT,Method LEAVEREQUESTCOLL_CREATE_ENTITY

The data object “LS_LEAVE_REQUEST” does not have a component called

    “KALTG”.

    Class CL_HCM_LEAVE_REQ_CREAT_DPC_EXT,Method LEAVEREQUESTCOLL_CREATE_ENTITY

The data object “LS_LEAVE_REQUEST” has no component called “ABRTG”, but

there is a component called “ABWTG”.

Investigating that now but I’m interested to hear if anyone else has hit this issue…

      Hi Richard,

From the above errors what I can see that note 2228410 has not been executed properly.
This note contains report which on execution will take care of DDIC changes required for the note 2221492 .

Thank you – looks like you are correct. I notice in the instructions for that note the manual pre implement says run RP_ODATA_HCM_MLR_2228410 but the post implement says ensure RP_ODATA_HCM_LRQ_2228410 ran OK. I can’t see where this second report comes from. Do you think this is a typo and should be the same name as the first?

          Hi Richard,
Looks like its typo. Both are referring to the same report. I will inform the respective developer to change.

          Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

          Best Regards,

          Sunil

That’s great, cheers. The (assumed) typo is in the attached pdf too.

As you’ve been so helpful, I wonder if you could help with a followup…

I ran the program and get one error from it:

REPT LCOD_CONTRACT_MODULESF01 Package COD_BYD_ERP_INT does not exist

When I search notes for that package it looks like it relates to “Sales On Demand” which we don’t have. Would you expect us to have that package?

              Hi Richard,

Please create a new Discussion marked as a Question.  Asking in a comment which is not directly related to clarifying the document or blog is inappropriate.  It is also not readily searchable to others who may have the same or similar problem.  Please review the documentation in the Getting Started link at the top right of each SCN page.

Your Comment to a Blog or Document will not receive the same scrutiny from knowledgeable experts as a Discussion.  Many of those experts ignore comments on Documents.  See the Getting Started link at the top right to see the differences between Blogs, Discussions, and Documents and when each should be used.  If your question relates to a specific blog or document, put in a link to it.  With the creation of a Discussion, you will also be able to reward the Helpful and Correct Answers with points. You can also turn on notifications so that whenever someone posts to your Discussion, you will get an email of the update and its contents.

NOTE: Getting the link is easy enough for both the author and document.  Simply MouseOver the item, Right Click, and select Copy Shortcut.  Paste it into your Discussion.  You can also click on the url after pasting.  Click on the A to expand the options and select T (on the right) to Auto-Title the url.

              Cheers, Mike (Moderator)

I have applied all the notes related to Leave request, but I get the below error message.

Property ‘CalendarDays’ of data object ‘LeaveRequest’ has no Internal type assigned

Is this a know issue, I couldn’t find any notes related to this.

    Would appreciate a reply
