Lecture @ HEC Paris – 2nd of October 2015

UA France has been invited by HEC Paris to introduce SAP to Msc Marketing students.

We had the great opportunity to present to 80 students SAP activities, strategy and portfolio and how SAP contributes to change the game on the global market.


We particularly mentioned innovation and our competitive advantages : HANA and S4 HANA


The topic of the presentation was to describe the important role of marketing team in the promotion of our solutions, our innovations  to the market. We gave many examples of our marketing activities :

– Events (Truck)

– Trade show

– Executive Briefing Center

– University Alliance Program

– Presentation of concrete business cases used for / by customers


We also explained other activities developped by SAP to help the customers run better: design thinking, start up program. 


At the end of the presentation, the students could see concrete examples of applications linked to marketing and Big Data : Smart vending machine, sentiment intelligence, demand signal management, football consumers….


We hope that these activities could contribute to increase the student knowledge on new technologies and that this presentation will be the first step of a future dynamic collaboration  with HEC Group in Paris.
