Latest notes released in the Compliance Management area

Hi Guys,

Below is summary of latest notes in the compliance area of GTS:

Note 2225827 has been created to fix an issue where conditions assigned to the import/export schema are not displayed when the product has been classified using the Change Product transaction.

Since the release of note 2115165 changes to product classifications validity start date are no longer allowed. The latest note 2223611 also ensures that the system prevents the editing of the validity start date, as this caused for example machinery/equipment stored for classification to be no longer displayed when the validity is changed.

On setting an ALV filter in the SPL results screen all partner addresses incorrectly disappear, this program error has been corrected with note 2222255.

Strict checks were introduced with SAP note 2157094 during the runtime optimized  upload of large SPL XML files. A check was included to ensure that the data provider specified in the upload screen exactly match the SLL_SPL_DATA_PROVIDER_ID id in the xml file. However Note 2227884 has been created and with this note, the report always assigns data provider specified in selection screen to uploaded sanctioned party lists, and so the Data partner specified no longer has to match the provider specified in the xml file.

Have you noticed increased program runtime in SPL screening and during processing of customs documents?  Note 2227696 corrects the issue where the system skips the buffering of partner addresses, causing an unnecessary increase in the program runtime when retrieving partner address data.

A compliance service is not active but you still a green light for it in the customs document, with note 2226932 the inactive service will  no longer be shown in the blocked documents report.
