Hello Claire,
Are we going to have an app for Windows too?
Regards,
Chandan
HI Chandan
There are no current plans to provide a Windows app but perhaps in the future.
Kind regards
Claire
Hey Claire,
I look forward to seeing it as Windows 10 mobile gain more traction.
Thanks for the info.
Regards,
Chinedu
Hi Claire,
Any plan to go with Apple tvOS ? It would be great to have an app running in the new Apple TV, so we can learn in the leaving room, meeting rooms, etc.
Cheers, Luis
Wow!
Thats a good news.
Gotta download it now.!
Why it is not possible to login with single sign on in the apps?
I only have an suser for sap and i cannot login in the opensap apps on android and ipad.
Hi Luca,
It's not available at the moment but the team are working on implementing it. In the meantime, if you don't know your S-user password you could request a reset:
SAML Response from SAP Cloud Identity
If you are still having issues, send an email to: sapnetwork@sap.com
I hope that helps, if you continue to have issues, please raise a ticket with the helpdesk.
kind regards,
Claire
Hi Claire,
i know my suser and my password but apps only accepts email credentials not suser
(see attached screenshot)
Hi Luca,
This might be a stupid question, but did you try the email address associated with your S-user in that field?
Kind regards,
Claire
Yes. Doesn't works 🙁
Hi Luca,
I would ask you to raise a ticket with the openSAP help desk - that is located on the right side of the openSAP website and my colleagues can provide technical support.
Kind regards,
Claire
