I am Julio Souza; I have been working with LMS implementation since 2006. The idea in my post is share with you the best practices I learned during my project and hear back of you about yours projects.

Preparing… When we start our projects is very important make sure that our “Prepare Stage” is really strong, before start the 1º workshop or project meeting is so import ask to the key-users about the process documentation and manual they adopt. The reading about these materials is import to us understand the main process about T&D in the company and help us to focus in the core process.
Another important tip is create a schedule with a planned time with the subjects (Courses, Curricula, Program, etc.) for the workshops. Some people can focus better in the main subject when they know the schedule.
Elaborate the process description and fill the documentation is a progressive work; don’t let to do this just after all process meetings.
