When did you join SAP?
I joined Sybase in February 2011 and through the acquisition I started working for SAP in June 2011.
What did SAP offer that drew you to the company?
Responsibility and freedom in how to execute on my job, a professional work environment, and the ability to develop myself professionally and as a person.
What is your current role?
I am now responsible for D&T sales for new customers and dormant key accounts and I was also recently assigned to D&T for General Business.
What was your experience before joining SAP?
IT Telemarketing, Sybase, and quite some international experiences, studies and internships.
What were some of the biggest successes for you so far at SAP?
Last year I achieved 200% of my quota and now I’ve got more responsibility since I’m also responsible for D&T at General Business. I am also currently training 6 Academy Account Executives in cold calling.
What is your vision for your future at SAP based on your successes so far?
I see myself having a more international oriented role in the short term, and in the long term, I have the ambition to become a manager within SAP. Especially training, mentoring, and coaching young talent within SAP is what gives me great satisfaction.
