      Great story - thanks for sharing, Jen. With the concept of CRM evolving over the years, this is a great example how to provide state of the art "powertools" to your sales people, with a cloud simple front-end and mobile usage, plus deep integration into existing processes and information sources.

      SAP Cloud for Sales, and HANA Cloud Integration make this an evolution rather than a rip and replace. I have had interesting conversations around this with customers at a recent SAP conference. It is good news to see that Sloan Valve, and other customers in the industry (e.g. Brita) are successful with SAP's cloud CRM.
