Implementation of Jobs for CIF Queue errors and information with e-mail

1. Work Stream Summary

Target: E-mail should be send to Admin /support  group when CIF queues are blocked.

The check will be done for inbound and outbound queue on SCM productive System.

For this reason two “/SAPAPO/” standard programs are used and executed as periodical jobs.

2. Important Objects

2.1 Inbound queue

Report: /SAPAPO/RCIFINQUEUECHECK for check of inbound queue errors

JOB in system is equal the Report name

Job start period:                           every 2 hours (You can defined your own frequency)

2.2 Outbound queue

Report: /SAPAPO/RCIFQUEUECHECK for check of outbound queue errors

JOB in system  is equal the Report name

Job start period:                           every 2 hours (You can defined your own frequency)

3. Implementation
