Seeburger issue with PLDA messages

Hi Guys,

We have been informed by Seeburger that there is a problem with receiving some messages from customs in Belgium.

There was a change in message structure (new fields have been added) in PLDA but this caused an error during processing of messages in Seeburger BIS 5. The error has now been fixed.

Please ignore if you are not sending data to the Belgian Authorities (PLDA).


We recommend that customers should analyze which messages are still in error status and contact Belgian customs about re-sending these messages.

For further information, customers should contact Seeburger support.

As soon as we get new information on this topic, we will forward it to you.

      Hi Michael,

      Any idea if this issue would produce the following error message in BIS?

      "Remove SOAP envelope, extract SAPExportRelease and update DB table GTSBE_PLDA_Correlation"

      Thanks for the feedback.

      I believe Seeburger AG have a fix for this today and your incident is back on their side.
