Aloha! We just recently released an updated version of the RDS “rapid data migration to Cloud Solutions from SAP” which now includes content to migrate data to Benefits and Learning Management System (LMS).

SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits is an efficient benefits solution that delivers control for administrators, efficiency for employees, and supports global benefits event.

      Hi Micheal - Thanks for this information.  From the details provided in the links, this solution requires that the customer organization extract their data from their LMS, whether it be SAP's Learning Solution or another, such as Cornerstone, and then translates it based on their knowledge of SuccessFactors connector requirements leveraging BI and SAP Data Services.  Is this a correct summary?  Thanks so much!

      Hi Sharon,

      Yes this is correct.

      You can also use Data Services directly connecting from the source if there's a connection available.

      We also provide templates to assist with the translation from source to SuccessFactors LMS.

      Biggest advantages of using Data Services is the data quality and cleansing functionality making sure that whatever data that you're moving into the new system is not dirty or inconsistent.

      Hi Mike,

      Thanks for this information.

      I am searching for SAP Data services ATL’s and predefined mapping templates in SAP Service Marketplace for Success factors data migration. But I am unable to find it in SAP Market place, kindly can you provide us any link for downloading the Dataservices contents as part of SAP RDS.
