In order to improve communications with customers and help provide the support in a much more interactive and timely manner, SAP is piloting a new interaction method we call “Real Time Support ”.

By this pilot program, customer can directly connect to a SAP support engineer by Chat Support in SECONDS.

As one of the first pilot components, BC-UPG component including all sub-components is NOW on CHAT SUPPORT!

Now when you choose a sub-component under BC-UPG in SAP Support Portal, a “Chat Support” button will appear as below. By clicking the button, you will be directly linked to one of the experts in upgrade area.
